For a refreshing berry drink, try this homemade lemonade with blackberries and mint – keep chilled for up to a week

Makes 4 glasses
2 lemons, cut into quarters, pips removed150g punnet blackberriesfew mint sprigs, leaves picked50g icing sugarfizzy water or prosecco, to serve
STEP 1Put the lemons, blackberries, mint leaves, sugar and 200ml water into a food processor. Blitz until everything is finely chopped and juicy. Strain through a fine sieve, bottle and chill until ready to drink. Will keep for up to a week. Top up with an equal measure of chilled fizzy water or Prosecco to serve.
