This easy white sangria recipe makes for a refreshing twist on the traditional drink, and is flavoured with fragrant elderflower. Perfect for summer parties

Serves 8 – 10

2bottles white wine300ml ginger wine80ml elderflower cordial4 limes, thinly sliced into rounds3 peaches, slicedlarge handful raspberriesice1l sparkling wateredible flowers (optional)

STEP 1Put all the ingredients (except the ice, water and flowers) into two large jugs and put in the fridge for at least 1 hr to chill. Just before serving, top up with the ice and water. Pop a few edible flowers in the jug, if you like.
