20g white chocolate, coarsely grated1 tsp maple syrup or honey25ml crème de cacao (or use regular – the white version results in a paler cocktail)25ml double cream¼ tsp vanilla bean paste50ml vodkaice
STEP 1Tip the grated chocolate onto a plate. Brush the rim of a martini glass with a little maple syrup or honey, then dip into the chocolate to coat. Chill the glass until needed.STEP 2Pour the crème de cacao, cream, vanilla and vodka into a cocktail shaker and add a handful of ice. Shake until the outside of the shaker feels ice-cold. Strain the drink into the prepared glass to serve.
