Serves 1 (baby), no cook
½ small ripe avocado½ small ripe banana1 tbsp yogurt (optional)
STEP 1Halve the avocado, remove the stone and scoop out the centre. Put into baby’s bowl.STEP 2Add the banana and mash together with the avocado.STEP 3If your baby is already used to purées, you may want to keep this a chunkier consistency.STEP 4If you’re introducing your baby to protein, stir through the yogurt. Serve straightaway.
