Frozen berries are a thrifty way of creating a healthy smoothie – pad it out with oats to make it extra filling

450g bag frozen berry450g pot fat-free strawberry yogurt100ml milk25g porridge oat2 tsp honey (optional)
STEP 1Whizz the berries, yogurt and milk together with a stick blender until smooth. Stir through the porridge oats, then pour into 4 glasses and serve with a drizzle of honey, if you like.
