Ingridients : 12 Whole Wheat Brown Bread , (or one loaf), toasted and cut into small squares
2 Potatoes (Aloo) , boiled and cubed
3 Whole Eggs , scrambled
1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds (Rai/ Kadugu)
3 Onions , thinly sliced
3 Tomatoes , finely chopped
2 Green Chillies , finely chopped
1 teaspoon Sambar Powder
Salt , to taste
Oil , as needed
2 tablespoons Coriander (Dhania) Leaves , finely chopped
