Ingridients : 4 Carrots (Gajjar) , finely grated
1/2 cup Green Moong Sprouts
1/4 cup Green Bell Pepper (Capsicum) , finely chopped
1/4 cup Fresh coconut , freshly grated
1/4 cup Raw Peanuts (Moongphali) , soaked in water for 3-4 hours
1-1/2 tablespoon Lemon juice
Black pepper powder , to taste
