2 Carrot (Gajjar) , grated
1 Apple , sliced to julienne
3 tablespoon Raw Peanuts (Moongphali) , pound
1 Green Chilli , chopped
2 sprig Mint Leaves (Pudina) , chopped
For the Dressing
1 Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
Salt , to taste
