Ingridients : 1 cup Spring Onion Greens , roughly chopped
1 Mango (Raw) , roughly chopped
2 Dry Red Chilli
1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
1 teaspoon Oil
1/2 teaspoon Sugar
Salt , as needed
Instructions To begin making the Raw Mango and Spring Onion Chutney, firstly cut and wash spring onion leaves in a mixer grinder jar.Add raw mango pieces, whole red chilies, cumin and sugar. Now add a little water and grind them all together to make a thick chutney. Add oil and blend again for few seconds . Adjust salt according to your taste.
