Salt , to taste
1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
1 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
1 tablespoon Oil
Coriander (Dhania) Leaves , chopped, for garnish
Instructions To prepare Parsi Style Chaas Payelo Sakarkand Recipe, wash sweet potatoes well. Scrub off any dirt on it’s skin. Chop them into small cubes. Keep the cut pieces submerged in water until use.Heat oil in a pan. Add the sweet potato cubes and sauté for a minute.
