Ingridients : For the masala
2 Cloves (Laung)
1 inch Cinnamon Stick (Dalchini)
1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
1 Cardamom (Elaichi) Pods/Seeds
1/2 teaspoon Whole Black Peppercorns
8 Cashew nuts
2 teaspoons Poppy seeds
For the Mushrooms
1 teaspoon Oil
400 grams Button mushrooms
Salt , to taste
For the Kaalimirri Gravy
1 tablespoon Ghee
2 Onions , cut into quarters
1 inch Ginger
4 cloves Garlic
8 Cashew nuts
2 teaspoons Poppy seeds
1/4 cup Fresh cream
3/4 cup Milk
Salt , to taste
Whole Black Pepper Corns , crushed forr garnish
