Lauki Raita is a healthy recipe made from grated bottle gourd. Ingridients : 2 cups Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
1 cup Bottle gourd (lauki) , peeled and grated
1 Cucumber , peeled and grated
1 Green Chilli , finely chopped
1 Coriander (Dhania) Leaves , small bunch, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
Salt , to taste
Instructions To begin making the Lauki Raita Recipe , get all the ingredients ready. In a large mixing bowl, add the grated lauki, cucumber, yogurt, green chillies, salt, cumin and coriander. Stir all the ingredients well. Check the salt and spice levels and adjust to suit your taste.Transfer the Lauki Raita into a serving bowl and serve chilled.Serve Lauki Raita along with a meal of Aloo Gobi Sabzi, Punjabi Dal Tadka and Tawa Paratha.
