150 grams Khoya (Mawa)
150 grams Paneer (Homemade Cottage Cheese)
2 tablespoons All Purpose Flour (Maida)
1 teaspoon Ghee
2 teaspoon Rose water
Oil , for frying the gulab jamuns
For the gravy
2 Onion , ground into a paste
3/4 cup Homemade tomato puree
1 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
1 inch Ginger , finely chopped
1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
1 cup Water , warm
1 Green Chilli , chopped
1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
1 teaspoon Coriander (Dhania) Leaves
2 teaspoon Ghee
Salt , to taste
