2 cups Basmati rice
Few Saffron strands , soaked in 1/2 cup warm milk
4 Bay leaves (tej patta) , torn
2 Cardamom (Elaichi) Pods/Seeds
1 Cloves (Laung)
1 inch Cinnamon Stick (Dalchini)
1/2 teaspoon Ajwain (Carom seeds)
4 tablespoons Ghee
