1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 teaspoon Active dry yeast
1/2 cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
1 tablespoon Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
1 teaspoon Sugar
Salt , to taste
Water , to knead the dough
1 tablespoon Butter (Salted)
Other Ingredients
1 Butter (Salted)
1 tablespoon Kalonji (Onion Nigella Seeds)
Butter (Salted) , to cook the kulchas
1/4 cup Coriander (Dhania) Leaves , finely chopped
