4 cloves Garlic , crushed
2 Green Chillies , slit
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
Mustard oil , to cook
Salt , to taste
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
2 cups Curry leaves
1 cup Hot water
