200ml Pimm’s4 large (or 8 small) strawberries, sliced¼ cucumber, sliced or cut into ribbons with a vegetable peeler500ml tub lemon sorbetsoda water, to top up2 mint sprigs, leaves picked
STEP 1Take four large wine glasses and pour 50ml Pimm’s into each one, then divide the strawberries and cucumber between them. Put two scoops of lemon sorbet into each glass and top up with soda water. Garnish with mint and add colourful straws.
