handful ice cubes50ml smoky blended whisky37½ml lychee liqueur25ml sugar syrup or gomme75ml lemon juice150ml peach iced tea6 dashes orange bitterscrushed ice, to servemint sprig, to garnish (optional)peach slice, to garnish (optional)
STEP 1Add a handful of ice to a cocktail shaker and then add all the remaining ingredients except the crushed ice and garnishes. Shake to combine and until the mixture is chilled. Add the crushed ice to a goblet glass and then double strain into the glass. Garnish with a mint sprig and a slice of peach, if you like.
