50ml vodka50ml passion fruit liqueur1 passion fruit, pulp onlyice150ml ginger beerlime wedge, to serve
STEP 1Pour the vodka and passion fruit liqueur into a tumbler or copper cup. Add the fresh passion fruit pulp and mix to combine.STEP 2Add ice to a tumbler until it is three-quarters full, then top up with the ginger beer. Stir gently. Finish with a lime wedge to serve.
