Make this simple dip inspired by Greek tzatziki and Indian raita. If you like a bit of spice, try adding toasted cumin seeds or a little cayenne pepper

170g Greek-style yogurt2 garlic cloves, crushed or finely grated large handful of mint leaves, finely chopped½ lemon, juiced
STEP 1Tip all the ingredients into a small bowl and season lightly with salt and generously with black pepper. Stir until completely combined, then serve straightaway, or chill for up to a day (stir before serving). Serve as a dip or condiment with barbecued meats, fish or vegetables.
