Tropical mango makes for a a summery twist on this classic Italian cocktail – experiment with other flavours of fruit sorbet, too

4 large scoops mango sorbet2 tbsp passion fruit liqueur (optional)prosecco, for topping up

STEP 1Put a scoop of mango sorbet into each of four chilled glasses.STEP 2Pour over the passion fruit liqueur, if using, then top up with prosecco and serve immediately.
