200ml lychee juice1 tsp rosewater750ml bottle proseccosoda water, for topping up4 raspberries, to garnish
STEP 1Divide the lychee juice between four champagne flutes, then add ¼ tsp rosewater to each.STEP 2Divide the prosecco between the glasses, then top up with soda water. Drop a raspberry into each glass, then serve.
