Makes 200g
100g coriander50g mint1 green chilli, finely choppedthumb-sized piece ginger, grated1 ½ tbsp yogurt½ lemon, juiced2 tsp sugar30ml olive oil1 tsp chaat masala
STEP 1Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Do not blend for too long, otherwise it will become very dark. Season with salt to taste.
