1 nest of dried wholewheat noodlesa few stems long-stem broccoli2 tbsp sesame oil1 garlic clove crushedpinch of dried chilli flakes1 tbsp golden syrup1 tbsp soy sauceÂĽ lime
STEP 1Bring a pan of salted water to the boil and cook the noodles following the packet instructions.STEP 2Meanwhile, pan-fry the broccoli in a splash of sesame oil for a couple of minutes, then add the crushed garlic and chilli flakes. Fry for a further minute or two, then add the golden syrup, soy sauce, 1 tbsp of sesame oil, a squeeze of lime juice, some cracked black pepper, and a tbsp of the cooking water from the noodles.
