Buy frozen or freeze fresh berries ahead of making this strawberry margarita, with a blend of tequila, triple sec, lime juice and strawberries

1 tsp sea salt flakes400g frozen strawberries120ml tequila75ml triple sec1 lime, juiced
STEP 1Tip the sea salt onto a saucer. Dampen the rims of two margarita glasses, then turn the glass upside down in the salt and twist to coat the rim.STEP 2Add all remaining ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
