Make the coolest drink of the summer: frosé (frozen rosé). Blend rosé wine with strawberries, lemon and sugar to make a batch of this very grown-up slushie

Serves 4-6

1 bottle dry rosé300g strawberries, hulled and halved50g caster sugarjuice of 1 lemon

STEP 1Pour the bottle of rosé into a deep roasting tin and carefully put it in the freezer overnight.STEP 2The next day, mix the strawberries with the sugar and leave to sit for 30 mins until the strawberries begin to release their juices.STEP 3Blend the frozen rosé, strawberries, sugar and lemon juice together, then divide between glasses for the ultimate refreshing summer cocktail.
