2 tomatoes, finely chopped4 tsp finely chopped red onion2 tsp finely chopped coriander1 small avocado, halved and stonedpinch of chilli powder, hot or mild, to taste2 small lime wedges, to serve
STEP 1Mix the tomatoes, onion and coriander in a bowl. Spoon onto the avocado halves, sprinkle with a little chilli powder, then serve with a lime wedge each for squeezing over.
