Made up of equal parts espresso and steamed milk, this coffee is traditionally served in a Gibraltar glass (and sometimes called Gibraltar coffee)

40ml espresso40ml steamed milk (heat to 55-65C)
STEP 1Pour the espresso into a 4-6oz heatproof glass or cup, then pour over the steamed milk. Finish with a little bit of foam on top (around the thickness of a finger).
