Makes 500ml
400g can chopped tomatoes2 tbsp ketchup1 small onion, grated 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped or grated1-4 red chillies (depending on how hot you want it), chopped, seeds and allpinch of sugar1 tbsp white wine vinegar or cider vinegar
STEP 1Simply tip all the ingredients in a mini-chopper or food processor with a pinch of salt and blitz to make a sauce. Will keep in the fridge for up to 2 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
