100g unsalted butter1 tbsp chilli flakes500g radishes, leaves removed, smashed with the flat edge of a knife (or halved/quartered if you find this hard to do)1⁄2 lemon, juiced
STEP 1Heat the butter in a small frying pan with the chilli flakes until it begins to foam and turn golden brown. Add the radishes and coat well in the butter, turning often until softened, about 10-15 mins.STEP 2Turn up the heat, add the lemon juice, let it sizzle, then season to taste and serve.
