Add protein-packed tofu to this blueberry and banana smoothie to make it really creamy and keep you full until lunchtime. Serve with toast or some cereal

Serves 3 (or 2 adults and 2 children)
2 ripe bananas, peeled125g blueberries (fresh or frozen)300g pack silken tofu, drained2 tbsp porridge oats
STEP 1Whizz all of the ingredients together in a blender with 300ml water. Drink straight away or transfer to a bottle for later, shaking well before drinking.
