few handfuls ice cubes and some crushed ice100ml blue curaçao100ml vodka1 lemon, juiced1 orange, juiced1 lime, juiced8 maraschino cherries and 1 tsp of the syrup200ml soda water
STEP 1Put the ice cubes in a large jug. Pour over the curaçao, vodka, fruit juices and 1 tsp syrup from the cherries. Stir until the outside of the glass feels cold.STEP 2Half-fill four hurricane glasses with crushed ice, then strain in the cocktail.STEP 3Top up the glasses with the soda water and gently stir, then garnish with the maraschino cherries.
