Try these crispy air fryer pasta chips for a delicious budget snack.

200g pasta, such as farfalle2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil2 tsp smoked paprika1 tsp ground cuminlarge pinch of dried oregano1 tsp onion granules
STEP 1Cook the pasta following the packet instructions. Drain and transfer to a large bowl. STEP 2Add the olive oil, spices, herbs and season with salt and pepper, and mix together so that the pasta is well coated. STEP 3Set your air fryer to 180C and cook the pasta for 15-20 minutes, shaking every 5 minutes, until the pasta is crisp and golden. Serve the pasta chips on their own or with a dip.
