Warm up with this chilli-infused cocktail. If you like a margarita, you’ll love this fiery, tequila-based drink where sweet honey balances the spice

Serves 1

50ml tequila10g coriander leaves½ red chilli, plus a slice to garnish1 tbsp honey1 lime, juicedice

STEP 1Put the tequila, coriander and chilli in a cocktail shaker, and bash with a muddler or the end of a rolling pin to release the chilli oils.STEP 2Add the honey, lime juice and a handful of ice. Cover the shaker and shake until the outside feels cold.STEP 3Dampen the rim of a tumbler and dip in salt. Strain in the cocktail and garnish with a slice of chilli to serve.
