Cool down this summer with a fresh and fruity mango smoothie. Mango and banana are blended with orange juice for a burst of tropical flavour.

Makes 1 litre
1 medium mango1 banana500ml orange juice4 ice cubes
STEP 1Cut the mango down either side of the flat stone, then peel and cut the flesh into chunks.STEP 2Peel and chop the banana.STEP 3Put all the ingredients into a food processor or blender, then process until smooth and thick. Keep in the fridge and use the day you make it.
