200ml unsweetened soya milk170g fat-free Greek yogurt (we used Total)25g cooked quinoa3 tsp cocoa powder½ tsp vanilla bean paste½ tsp cinnamon3-4 cubes frozen spinach
STEP 1Whiz all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth, pour into a tall glass and serve.
