Start as you mean to go on with this wholesome breakfast bowl of berries and avocado

50g spinach1 avocado, stoned, peeled and halved1 ripe mango, stoned, peeled and cut into chunks1 apple, cored and cut into chunks200ml almond milk1 dragon fruit, peeled and cut into even chunks100g mixed berries (we used strawberries, raspberries and blueberries)
STEP 1Put the spinach, avocado, mango, apple and almond milk in a blender, and blitz until smooth and thick. Divide between two bowls and top with the dragon fruit and berries.
