1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed150ml natural yogurt10 mint leaves, roughly chopped1 large cucumber, coarsely grated then squeezed in a clean tea towel to get rid of excess water1 lemon, juiced
STEP 1Mix everything together in a small bowl with a pinch of salt. (Can be made a day ahead.) Try it drizzled over slow-cooked Greek lamb with chickpea salad.
