25ml gin25ml sweet vermouth25ml Campari50ml pink grapefruit juiceicegrapefruit wedge, to garnish
STEP 1Pour the gin, vermouth, Campari and grapefruit juice into a cocktail shaker or jug filled with ice. Stir well until the mixture is fully combined and the outside of the shaker or jug feels cold.STEP 2Strain into a tumbler filled with ice and garnish with a grapefruit wedge to serve.
