10 frozen blackberries½ banana (or 1 small one), sliced1 ball of stem ginger, from a jar100ml pomegranate juice or red grape juiceice1 thyme sprig and 1 frozen blackberry, to garnish
STEP 1Put all of the ingredients, apart from the garnish, in a high-speed blender with a few small ice cubes, then blend until smooth and thick.STEP 2Pour the smoothie into a margarita glass or a tumbler and garnish with a thyme sprig and frozen blackberry.
