40g grated carrota big pinch of mixed spice¼ tsp cinnamon50g rolled porridge oats1 tsp honey1 tsp sultanas1 tbsp Greek yogurt
STEP 1Mix the grated carrot, mixed spice and cinnamon with the oats, 150ml water and a pinch of salt, then cover and chill in the fridge overnight.STEP 2The next day, stir in the honey and sultanas then top with Greek yogurt.
