Serve this zingy cocktail, with crème de cacao and grenadine, with a twist of pared orange zest for a stylish party drink

Makes 2 (easily doubled)
4 tbsp bourbon4 tbsp crème de cacao4 tbsp lemon juice2 dashes of grenadine4 tsp golden caster sugar
STEP 1Put all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with some ice. Shake together, then pour into Martini glasses, add the zest, and serve. Alternatively, serve over ice in highball glasses.
