ice2 red apple slices, to garnish80ml Aperol140ml apple cider80ml proseccosoda water, for topping up (optional)
STEP 1Put a couple of ice cubes and two apple slices in two glasses, then divide the Aperol between them.STEP 2Divide the cider and prosecco between the glasses, then top up with soda water, if you like. Stir briefly to combine, then serve.
