3 limes, cut into wedgesice200ml bourbon90ml elderflower liqueurginger ale, for topping upcrystallised ginger and mint sprigs, to garnish
STEP 1Muddle the lime wedges in a large pitcher using a long-handled spoon or muddler.STEP 2Tip some ice, the bourbon and elderflower liqueur into the pitcher and top up with ginger ale. Stir well. Thread a few pieces of crystallised ginger onto a cocktail stick and use this to garnish the drink, along with a few sprigs of mint.
